Some observations from today’s ANA

Lot of the folks who collect coins but attending show this size for first time were completely overwhelmed. Hey no shame in taking a break and don’t feel like you have to spend all your money and buy just because you are here. There always is another day
Don’t grab a dealers case light and move it around to look at coins in the case. They are clamped on and it can cause the light to fall off the table.
There’s a lot of business taking place and more...
We went through a boatload of candy. I’m calling in reinforcements
Can’t wait for tomorrow

Good luck, thanks for the heads-up !!!
For #2, if a light falls in Philly do you have to call a union worker to have put back on the table?
Not anymore

I walked the WFM yesterday and it was great. Scarsdale is correct that the show was overwhelming. It was a pleasure to meet CU's including Scarsdale, Penny Lady and Fred W. and others. Scarsdale candy mound is impressive! Puts the weeny little lollipops offered by others to shame. Peace Roy

Sounds as if the opening was really great... should be some interesting reports. Glad to hear Charmy is there... I look forward to her show report. Cheers, RickO
One of my goals is to attend the BIG shows...at least once. One of these days...

I've seen several references noting that the ANA is the biggest show of the year. Doesn't that title belong to the Winter FUN show??
I'm planning on my first FUN show in January!
@ScarsdaleCoin Thanks for the info.
We are leaving Boston, Ma about 4:00AM and hope to be there enjoying the show by 11:00AM.

I think the FUN show is still considered the biggest, but the ANA is right up there.
